What’s on your .... pizza?!?!
OK, we have to get in the right groove for
a whole week of blogjacking!
I know that Chris mostly writes about business stuff, but it's the weekend,
so let's start things off simple. John Head had the right idea when
he blogjacked my own blog with the "What's
on your TiVo season pass list"
question. In the same vein...
Yesterday, Chis and I compared preferences in pizza toppings. We
agreed on one thing -- fungus is an absolute must on a pizza. You
know, mushrooms! I'm a mushroom & black olive kind of
pizza guy myself. Sometimes spinach, too.
You might be wondering why I don't put some kind of protein on my pizzas.
It results from a childhood trauma when I visited Israel (oh, and
the family history of heart disease). The Kashrut (Kosher) food laws
have two problems with the traditional pepperoni pizza -- 1) no pork products
and 2) no combining meat and dairy. I conveniently forgot both and
tried to order a pizza with sausage. When the waiter admonished me,
I said "how about ground beef?" Then he reminded me of
rule #2.... anyway, vegetables are the thing anyway.
Of course, here in Chicagoland, we have the best pizza in the USA anyway.
There's nothing quite like the 60 fat grams per slice you get on
a Lou
Malnati's or Uno's
deep dish pizza. mmmmmm.
So what's on your pizza?
