It must be morning. As dark and foggy
who would have known. Yesterday we actually had sun, heavy fog and
snow all at the same time across the city. Welcome to St.
Louis, MO weather. Then of course
I don't ever have the lights on in my office, so a nice haze and gloom
is always around. Except between 10-10:20am when the sun beams in
like a laser into my eyes.
Enough weather droll. Lets move on
to more exciting technology news. We went on an upgrade binge this
early morning. 6.01 for a whole slew of servers. Plus some
upgrades to new virus scan engines and whatever else we felt like. This
server itself is now 6.01 and ready to go.
Momentarily we shall have an update on yesterdays
platform dispute, I got some interesting emails.

the creator of this template has impressed me with his design theories..here
is an excerpt form his latest email exchange with me..
The
beauty of the design is that 'your customisations' are within notes
documents -
my design is within notes design - so my template refreshes do
not affect
your bits at all.
With other
notesdatabases - you change a bit of it - next time a new
template comes
along it gets rid of it - surprised it has taken all these
years for 'some
common sense' development!
So there you have it, no-nonsense development
in the movement towards a happy community.

I didnt have time to update things!!
