If you get the Notes Traveler: SEVERE
To remove this error from appearing on the Traveler server's console, the specified users will need to not use the device's native mail application to sync their mailfile, instead make use of the IBM Notes Traveler application/client downloaded directly from the server via the Traveler Server's URL or from the Google Play store.
I wish it would just block other client types but the actual Traveler app or allowed types (like Sametime)
