IBM Support investigates natural language processing help

IBM Support has issued a request to submit questions you have on Lotus Notes and IBM Domino to help analyze natural language processing assistance to them.

They have provided two links for you to submit questions.  One for IBM Domino and one for IBM Lotus Notes
IBM is exploring innovative ways to assist clients with solving their technical issues.  To supplement searching for documentation or a fix, or opening a Service Request, we are designing a new support experience that will efficiently find answers to your support questions.

As we design this new experience, we need to know what technical questions you would have while using IBM Notes and Domino.   Each question helps us learn your language and form the relationships needed to provide you the best answer.

The interesting thing I want to point out is they could generate hundreds of these natural language questions by using the very Domino based support forums that exist now. The forums have been around for over tean years and still contain commonly asked questions.

You should also be aware that anything you submit will not be answered. This is only a drill.  Repeating, this is only a drill.

So you can see a scrolling sample of some questions people have put in while making your own. No you cannot see everyone's submitted questions nor can you see if yours has been asked already. The point being they want the variances of wording to be read so the processing can group them together.

They are also aware (see the comments on the below link) people use sites like StackOverflow but they cannot use those questions since they are owned by StackOverflow at that point.

Here is the page you can visit on SocialBizUg for the links to submit questions.
