IBM Lotus Workplace Web Content Manager 2 install

I am going through my first ILWWCM 2 installation.
This in turn brings back headaches and memories of my Lotus Workplace
Messaging installation I talked about here.
So I am finding that the config files in the documentation still
need a bunch of work and much of this should be automated. There
is too many config file changes that should be configured through GUI or
part of the install itself.
