Well isn't this just the information one?
What certificate? What is the date in question? The user
attempting to be recertified or the certifier itself? After checking
admin4.nsf and investigating the person record as well as certlog.nsf ;
all became clear.
This error will get spit back by AdminP
when the server date is set too far behind. Someone in their brilliance
was able to set the server clock to 2004
