Another minor bug I found with Notes 7 client

I have had my location document to launch
IE for links in email. Yes I use Firefox for everyday browsing but it let
me split the two. Don't ask, makes my life easier. The point
of the posting is that each time I click a link now, I get the little hand
that appears, yet the browser never comes up and the whole client locks
up. Looking to see if I can repeat this on another machine first.
