Wow, a lot to take in
Yesterday
was my first session here at Admin2003.
I covered ID Password and Maintenance. A fairly full room and
a great reception for the information. Some came up to me throughout
the evening at the vendor floor opening making comments that they had no
idea of the options and security holes around their certifiers, password
distribution plans and the such. I will inquire with the powers that
be to my ability to have my presentations as downloads on here. It
seems they pack them onto cd's for those that could not attend. The
keynote yesterday was Ken Bisconti from Lotus. He did a great job
of showing some future directions of Lotus that the administrators wanted
to see and hear.
Today
brings a Birds of a Feather (BOF) with
Libby and Jason Collier on Lotus
Certification. For those that don't know Jason he is part of CertFX
that distributes testing software for studying for your CLP. They
cover other software also, not just Lotus. After that is my session
on The Ins and Outs of Managing iNotes. Immediately following is
a Deep Dive into LDAP on Domino. Just to have a little icing on the
cake I then have another BOF with Eli Harris on Sametime Deployments. The
iNotes had such a demand I have a repeat of it tomorrow afternoon, good
news. Lets see how the one goes today.
The
images are slow in coming because well they are scattered all over peoples
cameras and no one has had time to download and pretty them up. Peek
at my comments that were posted from yesterday. I see Tom
thinks we used his name in vain. I just have to recall when, LOL.
