ECE208 Citizen Exceptional Web Experience with Poupatempo Project (2014)

As the number of cars and drivers in São Paulo State increases, the demand of services in the Department of Traffic rises too. DETRAN-SP decided to improve its service delivery and the communication process with citizens thought a new on-line channel, in order to reduce the average response time and to reduce costs of service rendering. On the other hand, the communication department of DETRAN-SP wanted to update the portal content without the support of the IT Team. This project aims at creating a unified environment for services and content of DETRAN, speeding both publicity and access to content and services. The result now is differentiation and better experience from users in each web interaction with DETRAN-SP.
