A customized Blogger search ability

I find it hard to see all the blogger sites at one time looking for content when we all do not tag the same way.  So I have 83 sites already listed (from my own links) and will take more and even volunteers for the Custom Search Engine on Google.  Alan L started one quite a few months ago but I think this has broader appeal.  Since we all do not use Technorati the same way, but wish to see who said what on a topic, this will search only the blog sites and not hear the noise from everywhere else

    Hello Chris,

    Did a search on "greyhawk" and found a go-zillion results from other people, but none from my own site :-) Feel free to add my site to the list of sites searched. Thanks.

    Pretty good idea...this should help increase traffic/visibility to other 'lesser known' blogs as well. Will other bloggers be able to add this to their site as well?

    Glad all of you are liking it. You will be able to add this engine wherever you desire and you can also volunteer to add sites to it! I will get that link up

    I'm honored to have been in there... :)

    I'm having an issue creating a Firefox search plugin (.src file). When I perform the search it's adding a "?" before the query string. The search action is:

    action="{ Link }

    with input name="q" user

    As you can see, I have an ampersand at the end of my action. But when it's returned to the browser, it it:

    { Link }

    If you take out the "?" before the "q=" then it works just fine:

    { Link }

    So what am I doing wrong? :)

    I'd recommend using a published OPML file to get your sites loaded. Lance just published his and I have one that pulls from DominoBlogs.com

Character Bio:

This will take far more time than I have today. I will start with I was born and still live in St. Louis, MO. Even though for a couple years I was never, ever here and always on the road, this is smack in the middle of the US. Everything is just a few hour flight. That part is nice. No beach/ocean/coast isn't the best. But with the travel I make up for it.

Don't Panic

Looking to find me in person? Here is where I am and will be.
